Mr Jeff Glass

Mr Jeff Glass is the Corporate Services Director.  The Directorate provides executive management and guidance for the formulation and implementation of Rivers Agency policies established by the Board of Directors.  It ensures proper and effective communications between Rivers Agency and its customers, other Agencies/Departments and Ministers and enables financial planning control and accountability for the Agency.  The Directorate also provides comprehensive administrative, legislative, financial, training/development ,personnel and Information Technology support services to create a co-operative framework within which Rivers Agency can operate effectively.  The Corporate Services Directorate consists of four sections:  Policy/Legislation & Admin, Finance, Information Technology and Corporate Support Branch.

Corporate Support Branch

• Ensures that DARD and Rivers Agency policy/procedures on personnel / training and development related matters is implemented consistently and equally across Rivers Agency.

Finance

• Ensures full compliance with DFP Accounts Direction,
  
• Embed resource budgeting and accounting procedures,
  
• Secure efficiency gains.

Policy/Legislation

• Provides policy and legislative support to the Agency Management Board in the delivery of the Agency’s objectives and to provide Secretariat support to the Drainage Council.

Information Technology

• Providies system management support for hardware, software, user accounts and databases.
