What to do if you have drainage problems

Rivers Agency has 2 regional offices, at Lisburn and Omagh, and 3 sub-regional / area offices, at Craigavon, Coleraine and Ballinamallard. Each office is responsible for a varying number of District Councils, therefore you should contact the office responsible for the District Council in which the drainage problem has occurred.
If the problem occurs outside normal hours calls will automatically be transferred to a member of our staff, or a recorded message will advise you of a different number to ring.

Discharge Consent

If you expect to discharge into a watercourse, or intend to carry out works that will impact upon the free-flow of a watercourse, approval is required from Rivers Agency.
