Online Agents
What is an Online Agent?
An online agent is someone who works on behalf of a farmer to carry out administrative tasks, using the internet, that the farmer needs to complete. To work on behalf of a farmer an online agent must be authorised to do so. This authorisation is obtained by completing the authorisation forms linked below, ensuring that they are signed by both the farmer and the agent and returning them to DARD Online Services.

What services can an Online Agent carry out?
Completing the SAF (Single Application Form) - Completing your annual claim form including Single Farm Payment.
Accessing APHIS Online - Completing various tasks for your herd such as:
- Registering births, deaths and movements.
- Producing herd lists and reports to count and classify your animals in accordance with the Nitrates Action Programme.
- Complete the nitrate calculations and prepare cross compliance records.
