Single Farm Payment Online

(PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ONLINE SERVICE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL 19 MARCH 2009)

The 2009 Single Application Form (SAF) online service will be available from 19 March 2009. Using this online service allows claim information to be validated at the time of submission and could mean your claim is processed more quickly.
You can fill in your Single Application Form online yourself or it can be completed by a nominated agent (form filler).

SAF Online as a Farmer

To complete your Single Application Form online as a farmer you will need to register for your Government Gateway user ID (unless you have already done so). You will then need to enrol to use the SAF Online service. To do this, follow the instructions on the welcome to DARD Online Services page

SAF Online as an agent (form filler)

To complete your Single Application Forms online for your clients as an agent, you will need to register for your Government Gateway user ID. This is a change to the procedure you would have used last year but is one that will improve security for you and your clients.
When you to register as an agent via the Government Gateway, you will receive a Government Gateway user ID and password. You can then enrol to access the SFP online service. These changes will be in place at the beginning of March 2009.
To access DARD Online Services as an agent you will need to do two things:
  1. Register as an agent for a Government Gateway User ID and password
  2. Enrol for DARD Online Services by using your two “Known Facts” which are your Agent Customer ID and your DARD Access Key.
  • Agent Customer ID – This is your individual 6 digit number that DARD (Single Farm Payment Branch) will issue.
  • DARD Access Key – Your unique number issued in a secure Known Facts letter by the DARD Online Services Team.
When you have entered your two Known Facts correctly you will be able to choose the online services you want to use e.g. SAF Online etc.
